Request your refund
Email [email protected] from the address used for your FavLock account or Pro purchase. Include your Creem order or receipt number if you have it. That is all you need to do.
What the guarantee covers
The guarantee covers every successful FavLock Pro subscription payment, including an initial purchase or a renewal, when we receive your request within 14 calendar days of that charge. A request sent on the fourteenth calendar day is on time.
No explanation or justification is required. We may ask only for information needed to locate and verify the payment, such as the purchase email, charge date, or Creem order number.
What happens next
- FavLock reviews the payment details and asks Creem, our merchant of record, to process the full refund.
- Creem returns the eligible charge to the original payment method and sends a confirmation.
- Refunds are processed promptly, but the payment provider or bank may take 5–10 business days to show the funds.
Your subscription and account
A full refund may end the Pro access associated with the refunded billing period and cancel future renewal. Your FavLock account remains available on the Free plan.
If a full refund ends Pro and the account has more than 1,000 bookmarks, a 180-day recovery period starts. For the first 30 days you can use and edit the library, export it, and delete bookmarks, but you cannot create, import, or restore bookmarks. After 30 days, normal library use is paused while export, bookmark deletion, billing, upgrade, account settings, and support remain available.
If the account is still Free and above 1,000 bookmarks at day 180, FavLock permanently removes the newest excess bookmarks and preserves the oldest 1,000. Returning below the allowance or restoring Pro cancels that outcome. Partial refunds that leave Pro active do not start this recovery period.
Your legal rights
This voluntary guarantee is in addition to any refund, withdrawal, or consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. If mandatory law gives you more favorable rights, those rights still apply.
Creem acts as merchant of record for FavLock Pro transactions and processes refunds to the original payment method. For other billing questions, contact [email protected].
